Morning Hassles!





Mornings can be hard with a preschooler! Use these tips to help the morning routine run smoother:

  • Get backpacks, clothes, and other school supplies laid out the night before.
  • Give everyone, including yourself, enough time to wake up and be ready. Feeling rushed is no fun. :( 
  • Remove distractions such as; t.v., games, and toys, that may distract your child from getting ready to leave. 
  • Get a GREAT night's sleep! According to the AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) children ages 3-5 should sleep a total of 10-13 hours, including naps, a day.
